Request your pickup
Pick a day and a morning window online, about a minute. We run hourly windows, 7:00am to 1:00pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and 7:00am to 11:00am Tuesday and Saturday. We confirm by text and email.
We pick up at your door
A Timeout driver collects your bag in the window you chose, Monday – Saturday. No need to be home.
Washed, folded, delivered
We weigh it, wash it your way, fold it, and bring it back to your door within 36 hours on orders under 100 pounds, or 24 hours on Express. You are only charged after weighing.
Say the number
Every price Timeout charges is published. You should not have to fill in a form to find out what a load of laundry costs.
Timeout is $1.40 a pound. Most laundry delivery services around here publish $1.99 to $2.50. The ones that go lower usually attach a delivery fee or a larger minimum on top.
Our minimum is $25, against $30, $35 and $45 at the delivery services nearby.

Minimum order is $25, about 18 pounds at the $1.40 rate, or $40 for Express. Bedding, comforters, bath mats, pet beds and patio cushions are priced per item, so one bulky thing never distorts a per-pound bill.

Robert Lindsay runs Timeout himself, with his own drivers. The person accountable for your laundry is not three levels up in a call centre.
