Express is a flat $2.00 a pound, whichever detergent you pick, and it comes back in 24 hours rather than 36 hours, on orders under 100 pounds. It is not a surcharge added on top of your rate.
The minimum order is $25, about 18 pounds at the $1.40 rate. A smaller bag still comes to $25.
