Pick your day and time window, tell us what you are sending, and pay when it is weighed. Orders start at $25, or $40 for Express.

What happens after you book
You pick a day and an hour-long window, tell us where the bag will be and which detergent you want, and leave it out 15 minutes before your window starts. A driver collects it, we weigh it, wash it, dry it and fold it, and it comes back to the same spot. You do not need to be home for either end.
What it costs
Wash and fold runs $1.40 to $1.75 a pound depending on the detergent you pick, and Express is a flat $2.00 a pound instead of your normal rate rather than on top of it. Bedding, rugs, bath mats, patio cushions and pet beds are priced per item, so a comforter never inflates a per-pound charge. The minimum order is $25, about 18 pounds at the $1.40 rate, and $40 for Express. A smaller bag is welcome, it just comes to the minimum. Every price we charge is on the full price list.
When you get it back
Within 36 hours on orders under 100 pounds. Express comes back in 24 hours instead. Anything picked up Saturday comes back Monday. We are closed Sunday, and bigger orders than that take longer, which we will tell you rather than leave you guessing.
Pickup windows
Hourly windows, 7:00am to 1:00pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and 7:00am to 11:00am Tuesday and Saturday. Express pickups run 7:00am to 11:00am only. Pick the window that suits you in the form above and we will be there inside it.
Where we pick up
DeKalb County and East Atlanta, centered on the Moreland Avenue corridor: East Atlanta Village, Kirkwood, Edgewood, East Lake, Reynoldstown, Ormewood Park, Grant Park, Candler Park, Little Five Points, Decatur, Avondale Estates, Scottdale, Druid Hills, Tucker, Stone Mountain, Clarkston, Belvedere Park. Changing or cancelling
You can change or cancel a pickup yourself up to 4 hours before your window. Closer than that, call or text (404) 596-6095. If a driver arrives and there is no bag out, and you have not told us at least an hour before, there is a $12.50 no-pickup fee.
When you pay
When the order is done, not when you book. We collect the bag, weigh it on a digital scale, and the weight is on your receipt, so the number you are billed is the number you can see. Nothing is taken from you at the point you request a pickup.
