How it works

1. Step 1

   Tell us when

   Request a pickup and choose your day and time window. It takes about a minute: your address, when you want us, and which detergent to use.

   We run hourly windows from 7:00am to 1:00pm, Monday – Saturday. That is 6 windows to choose from, so you are waiting an hour, not a day.

2. Step 2

   Leave your bag out

   

   Have it out 15 minutes before the start of the window you picked. If you chose 9 to 10, it needs to be out there by 8:45.

   Leave it where you told us to find it: a porch, a side door, a building desk, inside a gate with the code in your instructions. You do not need to be home.

   Use your own bag or basket. If we cannot reach it safely, we will call you before we leave rather than drive off.

3. Step 3

   It comes back folded

   

   Washed, dried and folded, back where you left it, within 36 hours on orders under 100 pounds. Express orders come back in 24 hours.

   Anything picked up Saturday comes back Monday. We are closed Sunday, so a Saturday bag waits for the start of the week.

   You pay once it is done, not when you book. We weigh the bag, wash it, fold it, and then you settle up.

What we do with your clothes

Your detergent

Commercial at $1.40/lb, Tide or Gain at $1.65, hypoallergenic at $1.75 for sensitive skin. You choose when you book, and we use it every time after that.

What you want separated

Please put anything you want kept apart in its own bag or basket. If you want a child's clothes washed separately from the adults', bag them separately. Tell us in the instructions box too. A separate or bleach load is $7.

Stains and pet hair

OxiClean is $5. Heavy pet hair is $7, which covers the extra cycle it genuinely takes. Pretreating stains before the load goes in is $7 for every 10 pounds.

Bulky things come off the scale

Comforters, duvets, bath mats, pet beds and patio cushions are priced per item, not by weight, so one big thing never distorts a per-pound bill.

The practical questions

What if nobody is home?

That is the normal case, and it is fine. Tell us where to collect and where to leave it.

What if it rains?

Tell us a covered spot when you book: a porch, under an overhang, inside a screen door. If there is nowhere dry and nobody home, we will call you rather than leave laundry in the wet.

Where should I leave the bag?

Anywhere your driver can reach without going through a locked door you have not given us a code for. Put the detail in the instructions box once and it stays on your account.

Can I set up a regular weekly pickup?

Yes. Tell us and we will keep the same day and window each week.
