What a week of laundry costs
Most people have never weighed their laundry, so here's a rough guide to what common loads weigh. These are estimates at the commercial rate; your real number is the weight on your receipt.

Choose your detergent
This is the question most delivery services never ask.
Commercial $1.40/lb
Our everyday detergent. Strong on ordinary soil, and the best price on the list. If you have no preference, this is the one.
Tide or Gain $1.65/lb
If your house has always smelled like Tide, having your laundry come back smelling like something else is a small daily annoyance. Pick it when you book and that’s what we’ll use.
Hypoallergenic $1.75/lb
Free of dyes and added perfume. The choice for sensitive skin, eczema, babies’ clothes, or anyone who reacts to scented detergent. This is the reason we ask the question at all. A service that washes everything in one commercial detergent is not usable for a household that needs this.
In a hurry? Express is $2.00 a pound with any detergent and comes back in 24 hours. Express pickups run 7am to 11am only, and the Express minimum is $40.

We would rather charge $7 and get it right than wash everything together and hand you back a problem.
One thing we cannot take: anything with feces, heavy urine, mold, blood, or bed bugs. Please keep those items out of the bag. If we find one, we set it aside unwashed and text you.
Bigger than a bag
Comforters, duvets, down bedding, mattress covers, bath mats, patio cushions and pet beds come off the scale and onto the per-item list, so one bulky thing never distorts a per-pound bill.
A queen or king down comforter is $32, bath mats are $20 for up to three, MontVoo rugs are $25, and pet beds run $8 to $12.

He spent more than twenty years in restaurant and retail management before moving into pickup and delivery laundry four years ago, and he runs it with his own drivers on his own routes. How much does wash and fold cost in Atlanta?
With us, $1.40 a pound with our commercial detergent, $1.65 for Tide or Gain, and $1.75 for hypoallergenic. Pickup and delivery are free. The minimum order is $25, which is about 18 pounds at the $1.40 rate.
How fast do I get my laundry back?
Within 36 hours on orders under 100 pounds, or 24 hours on Express at $2.00 a pound. Anything picked up Saturday comes back Monday.
Do you pick up in Decatur and East Atlanta?
Yes. We pick up across Decatur, Avondale Estates, Tucker, Stone Mountain and the rest of DeKalb County, and in East Atlanta neighborhoods like Kirkwood, East Lake and East Atlanta Village.
How much laundry is a pound?

Do you wash comforters and bedding?
Yes, but off the scale. Comforters, duvets, down bedding and mattress covers have their own per-item prices so one bulky item never inflates a per-pound bill.
When do you pick up?
Pickup windows run hourly, 7:00am to 1:00pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and 7:00am to 11:00am Tuesday and Saturday. You choose the hour when you book. Have the bag out 15 minutes before your window starts, so for a 9 to 10 pickup, out by 8:45.
What happens if something gets damaged or lost?

Do you take business laundry?
Yes. Salons, gyms, and short-term rental hosts turning linens between guests can all set up a regular pickup. Call or text and we’ll sort out the schedule.
